How Our Service Works

When you call NC Pet Sitters, we arrange a visit to your home, so that we may:

• Introduce ourselves and meet you and your pet
• Get detailed information about caring for your pets and your home
• Get veterinary release signature
• Pick up a door key
• Complete a service agreement

Each visit to your home includes:

Pet Care:

• Lots of Tender Loving Care
• Fresh food and water
• Exercising and playing with them
• Giving medications or vitamins
• Arranging for medical treatment in case of illness
• Meticulous litter box maintenance
• Indoor clean up of pet messes.
• Walks

Scheduled Daily Pet Care:

• Regular daily scheduled pet visits are between 8AM and 8PM
• Each daily visit will be 30 minutes; Longer visits are avialable
• Your dog will be able to go for a walk or play in a fenced yard, if provided.

Please Note: We fill up fast on holidays we suggest booking 4 weeks in advance.

Depending on the situation, discounts may be offered for multi-pet households.

Final quote of fees will be determined during the consultation visit.

NOTE: Additional charges may apply for out of service area visits (more than 15 miles from coverage area)

To Arrange for Service:

Please contact us as far in advance as possible. We suggest at least 4 week's notice during holiday periods and summer months. It is possible we may be able to accomodate last minute requests for service but we book up fast during busy times. We are dedicated to your satisfaction and will strive to make every accomodation.
